Our story concerns a particularly intrepid echidna, also known as a spiny anteater.  His name was Geronimo St. Jerome, and he was a pioneer — the first echidna to take to the skies.

He fashioned himself a flying dirigible, also known as a hot air balloon, out of a European top hat.  His first flight was a life-changing experience — for the first time, this little creature felt true exhilaration.

Now he explores Australia by air, looking for new adventures and enhancements to his dirigible.  But something is about to go terribly wrong…

.  .  .

To find out the rest, you’ll have to read the book!

But that’s not all you’ll get when you order Echidna Dirigible #1.  You see…

At Australidelphia Press, we believe that books shouldn’t JUST be READ…

Books should be EXPERIENCED and EXPLORED!

When we created Echidna Dirigible, we wanted to build an experience that couldn’t be duplicated on a computer or as an e-book.   That’s the reason that each issue comes with a dust jacket that can be removed to reveal some extra surprises.

Here’s a sneak peak…

Oooh… there’s a different cover underneath the dust jacket!

And more surprises inside!!  This is the kind of fun you can’t get from an iPad…

These comics make wonderful gifts, and are brilliant surprises to receive in the mail.

Each book has been lovingly bound by hand here in Australia, and is guaranteed to bring a bit of magic to the day of anyone who reads it.  We’re serious about that: if you’re not happy, we will refund your money!

For the price of a donut and a cup of coffee, you could be sailing the skies with St. Jerome and his Echidna Dirigible.

Please advise recommended age group. Thank you

    • Hi Patricia, thanks for your question. We believe this comic is appropriate for all ages, a bit like a Pixar film. Parents have reported great success reading this book to children as young as three, and children who aren’t able to read will enjoy following the story by looking at the colorful illustrations. However, there’s also a lot there for older readers and adults to enjoy, and the comic has fans of all ages. I hope this helps answer your question. If I can clarify anything, please let me know.
